General Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Acceptance of terms and conditions by any buyer at www.madebyhandsomewhere acknowledges the conditions of sale and accepts the terms.
Article 2: Sold items
www.madebyhandsomewhere.com sells handmade home decor items which made by craftsmen in the world.
Each ad shows the photo, name, price in euro, quantity, description and dimension of the sold item.
Article 3: Price
All prices listed on www.madebyhandsomewhere.com are in euro. A currency converter allows to estimate the value of the purchase in your local currency.
Upon payment, the buyer must pay the price of the item and delivery charges. They are clearly indicated at the time of ordering and include shipping and packaging costs.
Article 4: Delivery
The order will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days in France and 10 working days for international shipment.
Article 5: Withdrawal period
If the buyer is not fully satisfied with the item, it can be return within seven working days, from receipt of the order, at its own expense. Please notify us in advance of your intention to return the item by mail at: contact @ madebyhandsomewhere.com
The item must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Otherwise, the items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Article 6: Payment terms
The accepted payments terms on www.madebyhandsomewhere.com are PAYPAL or/and STRIPE, secured payment services by credit card as well as FRENCH BANK CHEQUES only in France.
www.madebyhandsomewhere.com do not accept any liability for loss of data by Paypal and Stripe companies and may not be engaged in a compensation process.
Article 7: Protection of personal data
Personal information collected during the finalization of the transaction are essential for the processing of the order, and are in no way passed on to third parties.
In accordance with the "Data Protection" law, the processing of these, is the subject of a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) .
